Refund and Cancellation Policy

Practice packs come with a seven-day refund, no questions asked. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing on the site renews.
Practice packs
Seven days, no questions. If you buy a pack and it is not what you wanted, email us within seven days of the purchase and we refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.
How to ask. Write to ankitagarwalshopify@gmail.com from the email address you paid with, and include the order number from your receipt. We confirm the refund by reply, normally within two business days.
How you get the money back. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, which processed the payment, to the card, UPI id or other method you paid with. It usually appears within five to ten business days; the exact timing depends on your bank or payment app. Any tax collected on the purchase is refunded with it.
After seven days. If a workbook will not open or is missing from your download, tell us at any time; we will replace it, and refund you if we cannot. Beyond that, refunds after the seven-day window are at our discretion.
Fair use. We may decline a refund where the same person has bought and refunded the same pack before, or where the files have been shared or redistributed contrary to the Terms of Service.
Cancellations
Every purchase on the site today is a one-time payment for a download. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel. If we ever offer a subscription, this policy will be updated before it goes on sale to say how cancellation works.
Free accounts
A free account costs nothing and has nothing to cancel. To close one, email us and we delete the account and its practice data.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with a purchase, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment app. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback and leaves your account in good standing.
