These are the terms for using Excel Practice Sheets. They are written to be read, not skimmed past: what the site gives you, what we ask of you, and what happens when you buy a practice pack.
Who we are
Excel Practice Sheets (https://excelpracticesheets.com) is run by an individual based in India. When these terms say “we”, that is who they mean. You can reach us at ankitagarwalshopify@gmail.com. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
The free service
The interactive exercises, the function guides, the tools and the downloadable practice files are free, and most of the site works without an account. We add, change and occasionally remove content, and we may take the site down for maintenance. We do not promise that any particular page or exercise will stay available.
Accounts
An account saves your progress. To create one you must be at least 13 years old, give an email address that is yours, and keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. One person per account. We may close an account that abuses the service, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by email.
Practice packs
A practice pack is a set of Excel workbooks delivered as a download. Prices are shown in US dollars and Indian rupees; each is a price set for that market, not a conversion of the other, and you choose which to pay.
Payment is handled by Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the receipt, collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies to your purchase, and processes refunds. Its own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Delivery. After payment, Dodo Payments emails you download links. Each link works for fifteen minutes after you open it; the same email issues fresh links whenever you need them, so keep it. If the email has not arrived within fifteen minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us with the order number from your receipt.
Your licence. A pack is licensed to you personally, for your own learning, on your own devices, for as long as you like. You may not share, resell, upload, or redistribute the workbooks, and you may not use them to run a course or train a team without asking us first. Updates to a pack you have bought are included.
Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What you may not do
- Copy the exercises, datasets, explanations or workbooks for republication.
- Scrape or bulk-download the site, or access it with automated tools other than search engines.
- Interfere with the service, probe its security, or try to get around access controls.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use another person’s account or purchase.
Content and ownership
The exercises, datasets, explanations, guides, tools and workbooks are ours. The companies, people and figures in the datasets are invented; any resemblance to real ones is accidental. The free CSV practice files may be used for your own learning. Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
What we do not promise
This is an educational service, provided as it is. We work hard to keep the exercises correct and the feedback useful, but we do not promise that every answer, explanation or formula is error-free, that a formula behaves identically in every version of Excel, or that practising here will get you a job, a grade or a certification. If you find a mistake, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, the protections of your local law still apply.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks them. You may stop using the site at any time.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be taken away. Before anything formal, write to us; most problems are a reply away.
