Count complete years of service with DATEDIF
The situation
Harbor Supply's long-service awards go by completed years at the annual review date. Dividing the day count by 365 gave the HR coordinator 7.58 for someone who has done seven years, and a spreadsheet that argued with the policy. Years of service means whole years that have actually passed.
