Harbor Supply's courier portal wants order references as five digits, so order 42 has to be sent as 00042. Excel drops leading zeros from numbers the moment you type them, and the team has been adding the zeros by hand on every export — and getting the count wrong on the longer numbers. The padding has to come from a formula.
