The situation
Harbor Supply's operations manager plans warehouse projects in working days, because nobody is on site at the weekend. Subtracting one date from another gave calendar days, which overstated every project by the weekends it contained and made a three-week job look like a four-week one. The plan needs the count of days people will actually be working.
